房間整體挺乾淨 而且有早餐 有廚房和餐具，但是網絡信號超級的差，非常差 一樣改進。 其他的沒有啥 出行還是挺好的，但是非常堵車

Everything is totally amazing and good while we are staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay especially the kids.. Only one thing I am concerned about is when we are requesting for a late check out because we checked in at 4pm but suddenly the reception person told us it's not possible because they are fully booked. But the rest we are happy for everything.

15mins on foot from the gold souq The breakfast venue is breathtakingly beautiful The door has a huge gap on the floor and sound proofness is not guaranteed. You can hear people talk and walk in the aisle The booking website shows me a bathtub which doesn't exist in my room Don't expect for Hyatt regency quality. This is an old building and offers a very normal service

Front deck reception of hyatt regency galleria residence dubai is not welcoming as Hyatt Main hotel , Front desk with lot of attitude, you are asking to dial zero for any issues (which is a house keeping number) for any chargeable services they will transfer the call to receptionist, we filed at least seven times at 8.30pm ,no answer to the calls from the receptionist, when we went down to see if receptionist is available or not, to our surprise, no ine was there and they were inside a room next to front desk and claim ,did not receive any calls, on our question to bad response , we get an answer "sir we have all our staff in the main hotel (Hyatt Main hotel is next corridor of same building where hyatt regency galleria residence is located) Net net - low quality service in the name of Hyatt brand for apartment business. It is same aeroplane name "Hyatt" with third class treatment to hyatt regency galleria residence customer, bad front office, bad customer support, bad house keeping.
